This policy explains what personal data Appnetis Ltd. (“Appnetis”, “we”) collects through appnetis.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Contact form and email. Name, email address, and anything you write to us, plus phone number and company if you choose to add them. We use this only to reply to you and, if we start working together, to run the engagement.
Booking a call. Appointments are scheduled through Google Calendar. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that booking page.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use them to profile visitors.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
We do not use client code or data to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.

Where your data lives and for how long

Enquiries are stored in our Google Workspace account. We keep them for as long as we might reasonably need to follow up, and delete them on request. Project data for clients is governed by the contract for that engagement, which takes precedence over this policy.

Third parties we rely on

Google Workspace (email and calendar), our web host, and, where you contact us on it, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Each processes data under its own terms.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@appnetis.com and we will act within one business day.
