We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current. Case studies describe real work; where a client is not named it is because we have not been given permission to name them. Figures on this site are our own and are explained where they appear. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; every engagement starts with a written proposal.

The site’s design, text, and the Appnetis name and logo belong to Appnetis Ltd. Third-party logos shown on the site belong to their owners and indicate technologies we work with, not endorsement.

Before a signed engagement

Anything you send us through the contact form or email is treated as confidential and used only to respond to you. If you want a signed NDA first, ask and we will sign before you share detail.
Proposals, estimates, and architecture notes we send you before a contract are provided in good faith and are not binding on either side until signed.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content or from interruptions to its availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Client agreements may specify a different governing law.
